PEP BUFFALO PLAY PARTY RULES
PEP Buffalo will give No refunds, No Credits for those who disobey our rules. The PEP house rules, as stated here, are not subject to negotiation. Policy, Rules or Etiquette interpretations are entirely the responsibility of the DM (Dungeon Master) and or Elected Board members whose decisions are final.
1) PEP is a private event, reserves the right to refuse attendance to any the DM or Elected Board members decides to deny attendance to. Initiated bans are for the protection of PEP, the event, the organizers, the attendees and the venue and are not negotiable.
2) If a DM feels the rules are being broken, or there is an apparent safety issue, the DM will discreetly flag the Top. If the Top ignores or does not notice the DM, the DM will intervene.
3) Play is only allowed in the monitored play space. There will be no obvious scene play in the social area or the outside.
4) Fetish wear is encouraged, but is not required. Full nudity is permitted in the play space only. One can change into fetish wear at the event if such wear maybe deemed too outlandish to wear in public.
5) Recording devices are permitted but UNDER SEVER RESTRICTIONS AND WITH THE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE DM. Only the willing and consensual participants of a scene are to be recorded (photographed or filmed). People who are NOT in the scene or are UNWILLING to be recorded ARE NOT TO BE IN PART OF ANY RECORDING OF A SCENE. No one in the background of a scene and are not apart of a scene are to be recorded. If a recording device is going to be used, everyone in the play space will be informed so they who do not wish to be recorded can stay well behind the recording device or leave the play space till recording is done to protect their privacy. Any violation of the restrictions will result in the confiscation and the destruction of the medium (film, tape, disk etc..) without compensation and the offender being immediately ejected from the event and banned from any future PEP parties and events.
6) Cell phone usage is restricted, we do not want to have attendees being distracted or interrupted in a play scene. So we ask all of our participants at events to either TURN OFF THEIR CELL PHONES OR HAVE THEM SET TO VIBRATE ONLY IF YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE A CALL. To restrict their cell phone conversations to the social area or outside. NO CELL PHONE CONVERSATIONS IN THE PLAY SPACE PLEASE.
7) PEP Staff have the right to refuse admission to anyone UNDER THE AGE OF 21, proof of age is required on demand, also anyone we feel is under the infulence of drugs or alcohol. DRUG AND ALCOHOL USAGE IS PROHIBITED AT PEP EVENTS. If you become intoxicated during the course of the evening, you will be asked to leave.
8) Ejection from a PEP event might also entail a temporary or permanent BANNING from future PEP events. Ejection is at the DM's discretion. Banning is at the DM's and Elected Board members' discretion. Persons ejected for cause will receive no refund.
9) Prostitution, solicitation and negotiation of payment for sexual or sensual services are ILLEGAL and will not be tolerated. Suspected violators shall result in being ejected from the event and banning from any future PEP event.
10) You are not required to play if you do not want to. All interaction must be fully CONSENSUAL. Each attendee is a willing participant, and is responsible for his or her own personal safety. Either attendee may end play at any time. Anyone harassing another person or making unwelcome advances will be asked to leave. Nonconsenual touching is not allowed and will be STRONGLY ENFORCED.
11) You may not be allowed to touch anything belonging to another person without the owner's expressed permission.
12) Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the PEP play space. Smoking is allowed outside.
13) Participants use the equipment at their own risk. The equipment is the property of PEP, please do not mistreat it. Each participant is expected to examine the equipment for safety both before and after a scene. You must clean the equipment and area using the provided disinfectant wipes immediately following your scene.
14) All players must respect each other's limits and safe words. The safe words that PEP DM's normaly listen for are, GREEN for everything is ok or go harder, YELLOW for you are reaching their limit so ease up or back down but continue to play and RED for stop now.
15) If a bottom is prevented from speaking (i.e. a gag or hood), then a visual signal for "STOP" MUST BE PREAPPROVED BY THE DM "PRIOR" TO COMMENCEMENT OF THE SCENE. Scenes that start prior to receiving approval will be immediately interrupted.
16) Observers and players are requested to mind the level of noise. Abnormally loud talking, laughing or screaming is disruptive to scenes. Tops may be asked to gag or otherwise control loud bottoms. Basically please be respectful and keep the chatter to a minium in the play spaces and keep conversations to the social area.
17) No exchange of bodily fluids is allowed, to include sexual intercourse (vaginal or anal) and gential to oral stimulation.
18) No electric play above the waist is allowed except for the violet wand.
19) The following activities are permitted ONLY WITH THE PRIOR NOTIFICATION OF THE DM AND IN THE APPROPRIATE AREA OF THE PLAY SPACE. They are Electrical/Blood/Fire/Knife/Needle/Wax/Cutting/Piercing/Branding/Sexual penetration with a dildo or vibrator. Depending upon the type of play, participants must also provide their own approved "Sharps" container, having a means for fire extinguishing. Usage of dildos and vibrators are to include the usage of latex gloves and condoms which are to be provided by the participants as well. You are responsible for supplying drop cloths and clean up material other than disinfecting wipes if needed for cleaning after a scene. No activities that will cause permanent damage of any kind are allowed.
20) Bleeding during percussion play will necessitate the end of a scene in progress (due to risk of "air borne" blood). Any open wound MUST BE ATTENDED TO AND DRESSED IMMEDIATELY before any scene can resume.
21) Do not leave your bottom unattended during a scene, even for a moment. If you must step away during a scene, make sure that someone else who is responsible other than the DM to take over for you until you return. The DM is NOT to be responsible to watch just your bottom, they are there to watch the entire dungeon.
22) Respect the amount of space required for a particular scene. If you are playing do not crowd out other players. If you are watching please stay well back.
23) Do not attempt to join a scene in progress unless you have been pre-invited to do so be the participants in the scene.
24) If you plan to do anything that is out of the ordinary (such as apparent nonconsent), you should clear it with the DM first, or expect your scene to be interrupted. You must also inform the DM if either you or your partner has any health issues that may affect the scene. If a DM is caught by surprise, they may interrupt your scene. The DM is there for your assistance and to support a safe event.
25) PEP or the event venue is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or damaged.
26) Each attendee assumes all risks for any incidents, accidents or damage occurring during their attendance at a PEP event.
27) PEP is very concerned about our members privacy and confidentially, so one of PEP's most important rules is: WHAT YOU DO HERE, WHAT YOU SEE HERE, WHAT YOU SAY HERE AND WHAT YOU LISTEN TO HERE. STAYS HERE!!! This is strictly enforced by the PEP Board members and will cause someone to be BANNED if it is violated.
