PEP BUFFALO MISSION STATEMENT

People Exchanging Power of Buffalo NY is a sincere social and discussion group for all adults (21 and older). We accept all genders, sexualities, marital statuses, kinks, and fetishes, who are interested in BDSM (Bondage, Discipline, Sadism, Masochism) and DS (Dominance and Submission).

The goals of PEP Buffalo are to provide support, acceptance, dignity and a sense of community. We also wish to help educate safe, sane and consensual BDSM activities to our members through social events like meet and greets (munches), play parties, and demonstrations.

HISTORY OF PEP BUFFALO

Pep Buffalo was started in August of 1998 by Mistress Kali Ward. In 2001 Mistress Kali relocated to Las Vegas leaving Pep Buffalo in the control of elected board of directors. Pep Buffalo has been devloping into many different formats and places where we meet. It all started in a bar called Compton's, from there was a site on Niagara St. in Buffalo, then a site in Kenmore off of Elmwood Ave.  We then used to hold our play parties at a private residence in Niagara County. We had a play party on Nov 21 and we are looking to schedule another one for the month or January or February in 2010. For more information go to the event section of this site.
